Program Design
Design and Assessment: For our client, we had to design a train-the-trainer program that focused on developing civil engagement within a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI). The program included a strategic theory of change and program logical model, an outline of the six-week 2-hour lecture series for professors, and four surveys assessing professor and student development before and after the program.

International Education
Principles and Practices of International Education: During this course, we had to give a poster presentation. I chose one of the premier non-profit organizations for exchange programs in the Post-Soviet Space, the School of Russian and Asian Studies (SRAS). SRAS provides programs in year-round specializing in participants’ language and academic needs.
Online Marketing
International Marketing and Recruiting: I worked in a group representing the non-profit Andean Alliance for Sustainable Development’s School Garden Program. We developed a marketing and recruiting planning utilizing social media and optimization of web content to attract 10 students for their summer program. The marketing plan included target market segmentation, a SWOT/TOWS analysis, and pricing structure. The photo above is from our mock recruitment fair.
